Engagement Process

How Flowcore Advisory engagements run from first contact through report delivery and follow-up for branch performance reviews.

Overview

Every engagement follows the same backbone: scope, visit, report, debrief. The details vary by review type, but you will always know who is coming, when, and what you will receive at the end.

Step 1 — Initial conversation

You contact us by form, email, or phone. We ask about your branch count, locations, industry, and the concern driving the review — for example, inconsistent service, new manager performance, or franchise compliance. Within two business days we propose a review type and indicative fee range.

Step 2 — Scope letter

Once you agree to proceed, we send a scope letter listing branches to be visited, observation criteria, deliverables, timeline, and fee. You return a signed copy with the deposit invoice. We assign a named senior reviewer.

Step 3 — Pre-visit preparation

You share operating manuals, recent KPI summaries, and any prior audit results. We schedule the visit with the branch manager — reviews are never covert. The reviewer studies your standards before arriving on site.

Step 4 — On-site review

The reviewer observes procedures, interviews staff by role, and examines records. They minimise disruption to customers and will introduce themselves to anyone they interact with. Branch managers may accompany portions of the visit but are not required to shadow the entire day.

Step 5 — Report and debrief

Findings are drafted internally, quality-checked for evidence and clarity, and delivered as a PDF. We schedule a debrief call with your commissioning contact to walk through priorities and answer questions from your leadership team.

Step 6 — Follow-up (optional)

Some clients request a follow-up field visit three to six months later to verify corrective actions. Others book quarterly facilitation to keep regional managers accountable. This is optional and quoted separately.
