Branch Performance Review
From NT$85,000 per branch
Includes one full on-site day, manager and staff interviews, record review, written report, and debrief call. Factors that increase fee:
- Branches with extended operating hours requiring multiple observation windows
- Locations outside major metro areas (travel and accommodation billed at cost)
- Rush delivery (report within three business days of visit): add 20%
Branches with fewer than five staff or operating fewer than eight hours daily may qualify for a reduced scope quote.
Multi-Unit Comparison
From NT$72,000 per branch when reviewing three or more branches in one engagement
Volume pricing applies: five to eight branches receive a 10% reduction on the per-branch rate; nine or more receive 15%. A consolidated regional report is included. Travel between branches in the same city is included; inter-city travel is billed separately.
Quarterly Review Facilitation
From NT$48,000 per half-day session
Covers preparation, facilitation, and post-meeting action log. Full-day sessions (uncommon) start at NT$72,000. Hybrid sessions with remote participants require no additional fee if your venue provides adequate connectivity.
Field Visit Report
From NT$38,000 per visit
Half-day targeted observation with a concise written report. Suitable as a preliminary assessment before committing to a full review.

Payment terms
- 50% deposit upon signing scope letter
- Remaining 50% due within fourteen days of report delivery
- Facilitation sessions: full payment due seven days before the session date
