Branch Performance Review

A full on-site assessment of one branch covering staffing, procedures, manager habits, and customer-facing execution — with a written report and debrief.

Branch Performance Review
Duration: 2–3 days on site plus 5 business days for report delivery Format: On-site observation, manager interviews, record review Location: At your branch across Taiwan Pricing: From NT$85,000 per branch (scope-dependent)

Who this review is for

Regional operators, franchise owners, and area managers who need an outside view of how a single branch runs day to day. Common clients include bakery chains, convenience retailers, casual dining groups, and service franchises with documented operating manuals but uneven execution across locations.

What is included

  • Pre-visit briefing call to confirm scope, standards documents, and visit timing
  • One full day of on-site observation across opening, peak, and closing periods where schedules allow
  • Structured interviews with the branch manager and at least two frontline staff members
  • Review of shift logs, inventory records, training completion, and recent customer complaint files
  • Scored assessment against your operating standards (or our agreed observation framework if standards are informal)
  • Written report with findings grouped by priority: immediate correction, coaching focus, and systemic issues for regional leadership
  • 60-minute debrief call with the commissioning manager within three business days of report delivery

What is excluded

  • Mystery shopper programmes or covert visits without branch manager awareness
  • Financial audit, tax review, or inventory valuation
  • HR investigations into individual misconduct (we may flag concerns but do not conduct formal inquiries)
  • Implementation of corrective actions — we advise; your team executes

How the process works

  1. Scope confirmation — You share branch address, operating hours, staff count, and the standards documents we should reference.
  2. Site visit — A senior reviewer attends during agreed hours, observes procedures, and conducts interviews without disrupting service.
  3. Draft findings — Internal quality review ensures observations are specific, evidenced, and actionable.
  4. Report delivery — PDF report sent to your designated contact with a scheduling link for the debrief.

Timeline

Typical lead time is two to three weeks from signed scope letter to site visit. Report delivery within five business days of the visit. Rush scheduling may be available for an additional fee.
