Multi-Unit Comparison
Benchmark two to fifteen branches in the same region using identical observation criteria so you can see where coaching and support should concentrate.
Purpose
When you operate several outlets in one area, individual branch reviews tell part of the story. A multi-unit comparison applies the same observation rubric at each site and ranks performance across dimensions such as opening discipline, service consistency, back-of-house hygiene, and manager coaching behaviour.
Deliverables
- Individual branch score sheets
- Regional comparison matrix highlighting top and bottom performers per criterion
- Narrative summary explaining patterns — for example, whether weaker branches share a common manager tenure issue or a specific procedural gap
- Recommended coaching sequence for your regional manager
Ideal client profile
Operators with three to fifteen branches in a geographic cluster who are preparing for a regional restructure, onboarding a new area manager, or responding to recurring customer complaints at multiple sites.
Engagement notes
Visits are scheduled to minimise travel cost and are typically completed within a two-week window. We recommend sharing the comparison framework with branch managers in advance so observations focus on standards rather than surprise inspections.
Discuss this review for your branches
Share your branch count, geography, and the standards you need assessed. We will confirm scope and timing before any site visit.
